Who processes your data
Data controller: Tánczos Zoltán
Contact: zoltan@tanczos.net
Website: https://tanczos.net
This website is a personal introduction to who I am. The form lets you contact me and share your idea.
What data do I process and why
I use the name, email address, description of your idea and – if you provide it – telephone number you enter in the form to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you afterwards.
Your name, email address and message are required to submit the form. Your telephone number is optional. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive data or other people’s personal data in your message.
The legal basis for processing these data is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. I do not use the data for newsletters or advertising.
Where are the form data stored
The submitted data are stored in the website’s WordPress system using the Fluent Forms plugin. I also receive an email notification of your enquiry.

How does Turnstile protect the form
I use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated and unwanted submissions. The check processes technical data such as your IP address, browser information and technical characteristics of the connection. Turnstile does not access the contents of the form fields.
For this security-related processing, I rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: keeping the website and form secure and preventing abuse and spam.
Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
Address: 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States
Cloudflare acts as a data processor when protecting the website; it may also process technical data as an independent controller to improve bot detection. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. For these transfers, Cloudflare relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
Retention of the technical data is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policies. Details of processing, retention and safeguards for international transfers:

How long do I retain the form data
I retain your enquiry and the related correspondence for 6 months after our discussions have ended. I then delete them from the form entries and email correspondence.
If you withdraw your consent sooner, I stop the processing based on that consent and delete the data unless another legal basis justifies retaining them.
What rights do you have
You can request information about and access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where the legal conditions are met, you can also request data portability.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting zoltan@tanczos.net. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. I normally respond to your request within one month.
You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. I will then stop processing unless I demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights and interests, or the processing is necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
I do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. Turnstile’s automated security check is used to filter out bots. I do not carry out profiling for marketing purposes.
Where can you lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred, or seek a judicial remedy.
